Sian!

ADON G lectured me for 2 hours, starting with a medication error made by me (for which my ward manager has already spoken to me about). One Singlish word: sian!

    Oh dear!!! did u give your ADON a 3 hr lecture that medication error is partly his fault and that he didn't do his part in ensuring that these systemic errors are committed in the 1st place!!

    If he/she is so damn free to give you a 2 hr lecture on his instead of improve the circumstances (such as workload issues), then i believe he's a free loader himself as well...talk and do nothing work cultures are imparted by these incompetent people!!!

    Tell your ADON to speak to his boss on how to improve medication error at a macro level instead will you?? or he/ she can ask me for advice instead

    Hi Bone Collector,

    Ha ha! :-D I didn't know whether to laugh or cry over the sad state of nursing at my hospital. Anyway, from my longer entry here, you'd know what I mean.

    I am hoping that nursing overseas would be better.
